Rates and cancellation policy

Rates

Camping on the islands

Rates include:

  • Exclusive access to the campsite for the duration of the stay (arrival time at the site: 2 p.m. and departure time from the site: 11 a.m.)
  • One bag of wood per night. Additional bags of wood are not included in the price
  • Kiamika Regional Park map
  • The right of access to the park and parking

Rates do not include:

  • Boat rental. You can reserve canoes/kayaks via our online reservation platform
  • The taxes

Boats

The boats are rented on a daily basis. For example, if you arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday, you will need to reserve a canoe for three days.

Cancellation Policy

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 14 days before your stay and receive a refund of your accommodation fees, excluding 15% of your total invoice, which covers reservation processing fees and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance will be refunded to the credit card used for the original reservation. Cancellation requests submitted after the deadline due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed by the administration via email.

* All cancellation requests must be submitted by email only to [email protected]

Please include:

  • Your invoice number
  • Your name
  • The number of nights to be cancelled and the corresponding dates
  • For cancellations due to medical reasons, please provide supporting documentation.

 

Examples of circumstances that are not considered exceptional include:

  • Fire bans issued by SOPFEU
  • Late arrival
  • Cancellation by certain members of your group
  • Weather forecasts

Watercraft Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 3 days before your stay and receive a full refund of your reservation fees. The refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original reservation.

Cancellation requests submitted after the deadline due to exceptional circumstances* will be reviewed by the administration via email.

We accept dogs on a leash

We are happy to welcome dogs as they are a member of the family and are excellent companions for outdoor activities!

Please refer to the supervision rules for the person responsible for their dog.
