Cancellation Policy

Lodging cancellation

All cancellations must be made* 14 days prior to the first day of your stay to receive a full refund. After this time, it will not be possible to receive a after this time, it will not be possible to receive a refund. An administrative fee of $15 will be charged for any cancellation of a stay.

Boat cancellation

Change of boat

It is possible to modify a reservation of lodging or boat (change of lodging site, transfer of reservation) maximum 7 days before the date of the stay. However, if the rate for this lodging site is higher, you must pay the difference. Conversely, if the rate is lower, it will not be possible to receive a refund 14 days or less before the date of your stay.

Rates

Camping on the islands

Rates include:

  • Exclusive access to the campsite for the duration of the stay (arrival time at the site: 2 p.m. and departure time from the site: 11 a.m.)
  • One bag of wood per night. Additional bags of wood are not included in the price
  • Kiamika Regional Park map
  • The right of access to the park and parking

Rates do not include:

  • Boat rental. You can reserve canoes/kayaks via our online reservation platform

Boats

The boats are rented on a daily basis. For example, if you arrive on Friday and leave on Sunday, you will need to reserve a canoe for three days.
